Who am I?

An engineer by trade, I walked away from a PHD in Chemical Engineering when I realized my passion was for people rather than research. I spent 5 years working as a strategic consultant at Bain & Company before starting my own management consulting firm in 2002.

For over 16 years, I've run my own business and have helped develop leaders and teams around the world, working with everyone from professional service firms, to financial institutions, start-ups, and Fortune 500 companies.
